Your homeopathic remedy may come in liquid or pellet form. Special Instructions will be on the label.
A dose is 3-5 pellets. For Acute symptoms dose more often (Every 15 mins or added to water and sipped)
Chronic conditions are one dose 1 – 3 X daily depending on severity.
- Take Homeopathic with a clean mouth (30 mins before or after meal, toothpaste, mouthwash, cigarette smoke, etc).
- Dump pellets into the cap then toss them beneath your tongue, don’t touch pellets by hand.
- Unless directed by your practitioner, only take one dose of your remedy.
- Protect the pellets by not exposing them to moisture, direct sunlight or heat over 110 degrees.
- Store the remedy in a cool dry place away from bright light, strong odors, chemicals and E.O.’s.
- Discard any contaminated remedy that’s spilled out, do not put it back in the container. Do not transfer new remedies to old bottles that have held other homeopathics.
If any of the following apply please stop taking the remedy and contact a homeopathic specialist to re-evaluate your response: You notice an aggravation of your symptoms, a return of an old symptom you have had before or you develop a new symptom, you experience no change at all in 3 weeks of daily dosing, or you have questions. Potential interferences with taking your remedy may include Coffee flavored products, Camphor (Including ointments like VICKS, Ben GAY, Tiger Balm, Noxema etc), some Allopathic drugs like antibiotics and steroids, Dental work, Addictive Drugs, Mothballs, Electric blankets and pads and MRI scans, other Homeopathic remedies, and strong Essential Oils or Chemical Odors.
